| Although some advice can be given
over the telephone, it is usually necessary for customers to
bring their objects to the workshop where Amanda will be able
to examine the object in detail and discuss requirements. The
customer will then be provided with a written estimate for consideration.
It may be possible for an object to be sent to the
workshop. This can be discussed and arranged on an individual
basis.
Customers are asked to note that whilst objects
undergoing treatment will be treated with all reasonable care,
all objects are accepted on the basis of full risk, including
total loss or irreparable damage, however caused, remaining
with the owner.
A report is provided for each object that has been
treated. This will detail the methods and materials used. Digital
images are also taken to provide a visual record. |
